“Vice City” Ultra Slim PS2 - Inspired by the 2nd best selling PS2 game in the United States, the Vice City Ultra Slim PS2 stands out as a true one of a kind gaming console. I know what you’re thinking, “What the frick is an Ultra Slim PS2?”, and “IS THAT AN HDMI OUTPUT ON A PS2?!” and maybe even “Wait then what was the #1 selling game for the PS2 in the US?” (It’s San Andreas of course).

Well, firstly, the “Ultra Slim PS2” is a custom-modified PS2 Slim that reduces the console’s size while retaining its function. This innovative design was originally created by Wesk, who inspired the wider modding community with the build. It’s shell case is 3D printed, and instead of a disc drive, games are loaded via an SD card loaded into the side. Additionally, the component signal is output via HDMI™ signal with an embedded analog audio. Pretty cool, huh?

This console is certified 1 of 1. There are other designs we will revisit, but this exact design will never be recreated — making it a permanent one-of-a-kind to own.

BE ADVISED - The HDMI port does not output well on monitors due to their less flexible processing for non-standard signals, so the HDMI port of this console is best utilized on an actual Television, please keep that in mind when purchasing. A powered hdmi adapter or upscaling device plugged into the standard PS2 AV port would work fine on a monitor, though.
