All products purchased from PhreshVibes Shop are refurbished and customized with care. Each console includes a 30-Day Limited Warranty covering the following:

What’s Covered
– Defects in workmanship or functionality related to modifications performed by PhreshVibes Shop.
– Normal operation of installed modifications (e.g., LED lighting, HDMI kits).
– Failure of the console during normal, intended use within 30 days of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents (pets, drops, spills), or tampering.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed after purchase.

Cosmetic wear, including minor scratches, scuffs, or changes in LED brightness over time.

Loss of data, saved games, accessories, or external devices connected to the console.

Remedies


If your console fails under warranty, PhreshVibes Shop will repair, replace, or refund the console at our discretion.
Please contact us within the warranty period for assistance. Customers may be responsible for return shipping.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in the Limited Warranty above, PhreshVibes Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold, including but not limited to:

Damage to other property,

Loss of data or saved games,

Loss of profits or business,

Personal injury, fire, or electrical damage.

By purchasing from phreshvibes.shop, you agree that the seller’s maximum obligation is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product itself.

Safety Guidelines

For your safety and to prolong the life of your console:

Do not leave the console powered on unattended. Always turn it off and unplug it when not in use.

Use the console indoors only, in a dry, well-ventilated area.

Place the console on a hard, flat surface. Do not block vents.

Keep away from liquids, flammable materials, and direct heat sources.

Use only the provided power cable/adapter or official Sony-compatible accessories.

For PS2 fat models, use the rear power switch to fully power off when not in use. For Ultra slim models, unplug the adapter when not in use.

If you notice smoke, strange smells, excessive heat, or unusual sounds, immediately power off and unplug. Do not continue to use it.

Do not attempt to open or modify the console casing. Internal modifications have been secured by PhreshVibes Shop.

Handle with care: avoid drops, shocks, or impacts.

Supervise children when the console is in use.
